The Energy AP Direct application is designed to automate the price delivery and contract on-boarding process for utility (power) brokers and sales representatives.
Unlike traditional utility power sales processes, whereby a paper contract is completed, signed, scanned and emailed to the Retail Energy Provider (REP), the Energy AP Direct application provides a broker or sales representative with the ability to present up-to-date, real-time pricing to the commercial energy customer, complete the contract and submit the electronic, signed contract, directly to the REP for processing, without the requirements of the traditional selling process.
The Energy AP Direct application reduces the overall time that is required by the broker or sales representative to complete the sales process.
By reducing the customer interface time, the application improves the overall customer experience, which allow the broker or sales representative with the ability to close more business.
